At Ana Joi Salon + Spa, we are a team of licensed professionals who are passionate about helping every client feel refreshed and beautiful. Our stylists are educated and specialize in customized color, precision haircuts, multiple extension techniques and bridal hair and makeup. We value using clean products that are ammonia, sulfate and paraben free which is why we use R+Co and Alluram styling products. Our nail technicians are up to date with the newest techniques and are skilled with nail design and art. Our teams mission is to give you the best experience in our relaxed, beautiful and creative space. We can't wait to help you feel beautiful!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and our clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. All of our appointments are confirmed, through text, 48 - 72 hours in advance. We ask new clients to please leave a card on file or pay a deposit if decided by the stylist. Clients that break our cancellation policy will be charged fees accordingly.
- Less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged 50% of the service.
- No shows will be charged 100% of the service.
If you have any concerns with your hair after seeing us, please let us know within a week of your appointment date.
We do not offer refunds but will always do our best to ensure you leave happy and feeling beautiful.
